Well I've already had two Feebas's and I have maxed out both of their sheen levels and I can't seem to get higher level dry poffins.. So I would just evolve my Feebas if I could..

I can send a Feebas your way with a berry that'll help. I recommend planting it first though. It'll take awhile, but it'll be worth it.
