Pokémon Pokemon Shiny Hunting

So I'm currently playing through my Pokemon X version one last time before Sun and Moon get released. I am also shiny hunting for a few Pokemon and that is super fun to do! The trill of running into or hatching a shiny at any moment is so much fun! Are there any Pokemon Shiny Hunters on here?

Shiny hunting has made up almost the majority of my free time in the past year. I wouldn't call the actual process of hatching boxes of eggs thrilling, but the actual moment of hatching the shiny itself is rather nice. I have almost my entire collection down in my signature, except for the two most recent additions to my collection that I have yet to take pictures of - which is a Rapidash named Eclipse and a Venusaur named Plantera.

I consider myself a pretty okay shiny hunter.

I like hatching them the most, since I enjoy competitive battling a lot. And hatching a shiny with amazing IVs AND a good nature/ability truly feels like you've accomplished something. I also like doing wild encounters and radar chaining for them as well.

Yes, I've gotten a pretty good amount in generation 6. Five to be exact. 4 from masuda method breeding and 2 from friend safari. I should also mention after my first two I achieved my shiny charm!

I like to shiny hunt, and so far I've gotten 3: Ponyta from the friends safari, a Gyrados from chain fishing (of all things it just HAD to be a Gyrados. I wanted a marill) and a Snorint from breeding, and thank god it's female cuz I plan on making it a Froslass. I still dont have the shiny charm because completing the pokedex is a pain, and whenever I search up any Pok?mon I don't have on the GTS, for example a Fearow, all I see is people asking for Meloetta and Genesect. Speaking of the GTS, I really do hope they put a shiny filter in there for sun and moon. It would stop people getting scammed. But yeah, that's my experience with shiny hunting, and right now I'm hoarding for a Mareep

i've been given a couple of shiny pokemon through wonder trade but i really want to get some on my own so i'm currently on working on completing my national dex with the help of wonder trade,trading w/random people and i've been pretty lucky so far as gts in pokemon x because i want the shiny charm (already got the oval) i've got seven still missing i think.but i really hope as well NicPlays in pokemon sun/moon gts will be easier i mean its really annoying if you're looking for a specific pokemon somebody wants in return something you don't have or can't even trade just ridiculous.
