Pokémon Pokemon Home question

I recently moved a lot of my Pokemon from my 3DS before the shutdown and found that some of them have the on them, what does it mean?

I guess they're not in the game anymore or they can no longer use it?

I’m not sure about that. I don’t use Pokémon Home. I’d assume most of the moves should be, though.
