Does anyone know how the Toys R Us giveaways work when getting a mystery gift Pokemon? Do you need your DS to get it, does the Pokemon have to be bought at the store etc.? :gyroidconfused:

yes i do, but do you have to pay or do you just show up with your DS and tell whoever is at the counter that you are there for the event?

Nope. Just start up your DS wherever they have the download station localed at and just download the Wonder Card.

This is how I did it;

I walked into Toys R Us. Turned on my DS. Went to Pokemon Diamond, clicked "Mystery Gift", and boom, there it was.

I don't even think you have to go into the store. I've seen a few people just drive up next to it, and get their shaymin's. Depending on how strong the signal is...

My mom drove up next to the store and I pulled out my DS, and I got it. Didn't even have to go in.
