This. Although i didnt play the new ones, the old ones are my fav by far. Even if I look at a measly screenshot the colors remind me of so much.

Silver. Most of my memories are there, even though I started out with Yellow.

Diamond because it was my first Pokemon game, its the one that made me start buying other games in the series.

I feel sorry for the kids who didn't get to experience the older pokemon games when they were in their prime, the newer games just don't compare in my mind.

Anywho, I'd have to say my favorite game(when it was in it prime) was Gold, with Yellow coming in at a close second.
