I'm looking for art of an Arcanine, preferrably wearing some kind of Hallowee-y costume, like maybe a witch hat or something. The choice is up to you. I'd also love if you could include [my OC] in there as well. You don't have to but I'm willing to pay a lot more for cutesy interaction.
