Pokeball Tickets?

Hey, where did the pokeberry golden tickets collectible come from?
I've been away for about a month >.<

they were available in the shop for a little while, since pokemon ORAS came out. they're no longer available, though

Like two ish weeks ago there was an event semi related to Willy Wonka and the Choclate Factory. You bought a ticket in the shop for 100 BTB and you were entered in the raffle. Thus, the tickets are there.

But Sadly, they are leaving in less then 6-8 hours I'd imagine. They are gone December 1st.
