long story short, i talked to blathers, i had to time travel extensively for a villager trade deal, isabelle announced redd was on my island but i was preoccupied with removing a villager, so i finished up the deal, time travelled back and now i can't find him. Apparently he little "mission" isn't random, once u talk to blather, redd shows up the next day. So if someone has redd, pls let me buy smt from him, i will give u nmts! lmao i rly f-ed up, i know.

The first time redd shows up there will be an announcement made by isabelle. When she makes that announcement he will be seen wandering around the town. You wont have access to his store until the 2nd time he appears on your island and he will appear randomly throughout the week like kicks, label, and leif.
Go back to the day he was announced he should still be there. If you tted past a sunday he will be there on a different day of the week.
