plots of land not randomly selling?

I'm trying to get a voided villager from my boyfriend, but my plots of land refuse to randomly sell? Anyone else having this issue?

i had this problem and i tt'd for like 2 weeks without anything and then got villager that didn't claim to come from anywhere (so I don't think it was even a void villager)

How many plots do you have? I think you can't get random villagers until after you built the campsite and got the mandatory camper

wow that's weird? I'm racking my brains and can't think of anything to suggest lol.

I don't have much hope in this idea, but you could give tting to 4:57 or so and letting a new day occur naturally and see if it debugs it a go? I've seen people talk about doing that for other things but I honestly don't know how it makes a difference

Are you tt one day at a time or by weeks? Try one day at a time if you aren't doing that. Maybe go to a mystery island and come back and tt a day.

i tried both! ive been doing nmt since no matter what it won't work haha

So you mean even inviting villagers from other Islands doesn't work or is it just with the voided villagers?

I can invite others from islands, they just refuse to move in randomly

Have you tried TTing backward at all? Can't say for sure if it really works, but every time I've TTed backward while having an open plot, I've ended up with someone's voided villager.

No idea then.
I'd suggest Island hunting, I suppose.
Doesn't explain why no voided villager will move in though - it looks to be some kind of a bug since others have been complaining about voided move-ins.
