Plot Setting Woes.

Diana moved out of my town and after a 16 villager cycle I'm trying to place her back into her old spot which is right here but I haven't been able to get her into her spot for the last couple of days :/. Is it impossible to get her back here? So far the game keeps giving me the same 4 spots plus a couple of other random ones that aren't as common but I want the general area of those spots for Eugene. Am I completely screwed or do I just have to keep going at it? It doesn't have to be this EXACT square, one or two rows up or down or off to the side won't kill me. I just would like to keep the houses as lined as possible.
 
you probably won't be able to get her back into that spot. i'm not 100% sure, but it would be VERY rare for her to end up in that general area if there are a lot of other open spaces. the only thing you could have done was build pwps in places where you didn't want people to move but it's too late now! :-(
 
I built the max amount of fountains and stuff. It's just the game keeps picking the same 4 spots ><; the first time I tried to place her it only took me like 30 minutes.

Wait, so does that mean it's possible, just difficult? Because as long as it's possible for her to move there I will keep trying haha.
 
i have no idea if it's even possible. it would take a long, long, long time to do so if it were because it would be the random plot. like you said, there are 4 main plots and a few random ones that don't come up multiple times. the plot you want would be an uncommon 'random' one if possible, which would take forever to get.

As long as it's plausible she can move in there I will keep trying :)
 
Some of the villagers who live in my town right now plot in the exact spot where my other villagers left after about 3 days. Still, it is random so hopefully RNG will be nice to you when it comes to plot resetting.
 
Hmm, it looks like there is just enough room for her to fit since i have my houses like that in my town too for 3 of 10 of my villagers.

But if there's a ton of open space other places, it's probably harder to get her over there. Keep trying though C:

Thank you! I'm going to keep trying, I just think it's odd the game keeps suggesting the same few spots over and over again. But, then again it took me 2 weeks to place Julian when he moved in.

longest i tried was 4 days and i ended up sticking him vertical which started the other row of villagers I have, I have 3 just like you want like that and it's definitely possible c: keep trying and good luck!

ahh I will. My town was perfect before and now I want everyone lined up again. This is what I get for neglecting acnl :(
 
She won't be able to move in the space you provided with the flowers because it's too close to the other villager's home :( but she can move her plot 1 space above where you're standing :) I hope this helps!

I hope you'll be able to get her where you want her. I'm OCD about villager plots as well xD
To get Diana to move her house in different regions of the map, power off your 3DS then turn it back on :) Another user told me that trick and it really works! :D When she keeps putting her plot in the same locations, use this trick c:
