Plot resetting question

I'm in the middle of plot resetting and have not loaded with my mayor and nothing is saved since logging off last night. Can I time travel backwards to set some more patterns down, or will that auto-load the new plot?

You can set the time anytime before the 6 am mark. I’ve Done this multiple times to set more patterns, and as long as the town hasn’t hit 6 am, the plot won’t be there. Just make sure it’s set to the same day as when you left.
