Please Relocate The Design Portal

I find it very frustrating that the Design Portal is in the Able Sisters Tailor shop. Because when the shop closes. You can't access the Design Terminal until when the Tailor Shop is open again.

I feel the Design Portal should be moved into the Dodo Airlines place. Since that's open all of the time.

It was the same way back in NL, the only solution I can think of at this moment is to go to the DA of the person who made the design that you want to access their kiosk, or to just wait until the morning to finish that area you are working on there's no rush!
