Sweet! I don't usually bother with turnips as it's just annoying and I'm terrified of making a loss like that!
I got the upgraded 3DS today so have two console too now and I'm definitely going to take advantage of it. Haha. There was one map that I liked but it had cherries in it which my original town already has. It took me about 2 hours to finally get a map that I really like!
I'm yet to visit myself (haha) but am going to try for the station upgrade. I'm a little worried about my void though as I don't want the villagers I wanted gone turn up my new town!

Ugh, the void. We passed around villagers for a while here. I turned off streetpass on my cycle town ds. The station upgrade is super boring to go for yourself but at least it's possible.
