I didn't get a single hybrid to grow today after putting Jacob's ladders and fertilizers next to the hybrids I wanted to breed the most last night. Will someone please visit my dream address to tell me what I'm doing wrong? The code is in my signature. The rest of my town is kind of barren and messy so I am only looking for feedback on hybrid breeding.

So you want to breed jac ladder or other flowers? As far as I know, you can't breed the jac ladder. It will randomly appear when your town status is perfect, meaning no trash, no weed, no rotten fruits on the ground, no lying around items, and the like. It'll be easier to get jac ladder by having a beautiful town ordinance :)

I want to breed the other flowers. I know that Jacob's ladders can't breed but I read that they aid in the breeding process.

Well i dont know if this help you in any way but i will explain to you how to breed the proper way:

1st u take a type a flower you want to breed
2nd u take two of them and put them all alone but next to eachother
3rd they cant be next to a tree, rock, building, item because ur other flower might spawn there but there will be no space so they must be in alot of space
4rth water them until they sparkle both
5th you just wait
6 you should have another flower : DDDDDDDD

ur welcome ( :

I'm pretty sure I did that but I'll double check. Thanks. Still looking for more help, I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

It might also be the pattern you're arranging them in. When I want to breed my hybrids I put them in a pattern where theres 1 space in between them and I put fertilizer in that space. You can look up breeding patterns, I think the one i Used pretty much looked like a checkerboard and I usually got new flowers from it. Good luck breeding!

Okay, thank you. I've mostly just been using 2 or 3 flowers in a diagonal pattern. I'll be sure to try a checkerboard pattern.
