Placing a bridge

I have three bridges in my town and I like their locations. Unfortunetly Ruby decided to put her home very close. I was working all day in plot reseting her but i gave up XD

I want to move the bridge beside her one "block" down. Will Isabella let me put a bridge there again?

This is what it looks like:

I don't think that will work.
You have to have a 3x4 buffer area on each side of the river as well as a buffer area around Ruby's house and buffer areas can not overlap.

This might not even work because Ruby's house might need 2 rows of a buffer in front of her house, so the bridge would have to be built 1 square lower than what I have indicated.

I know this sucks. A villager can build their house right in front of a bridge, but you can't vice versa. Nintendo logic.
