Buying Pirate Outfit Set (minus the eyepatch)

I'm looking to get my second character the pirate outfit (minus the eyepatch). I understand the hat's from the island so I'm not sure if you can order it but if someone has the coat or either I'd like to buy them off you for a reasonable price.
