pirate outfit and dress

I really want to give my entire flock pirate dresses and outfit but I'm not sure if they'll wear it. I need some help with this. Should I even give it to em or is it just a waste? If I do how often would they wear it? Would they display it randomly in their home? I dont give clothes so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to give it to one of them and see maybe. Or if you are creative you can make some pirate dresses to display in ables. I do know when clothes are gifted they wear it more often than the custom ones.

I think it would be a waste in this game.
Yep, they will wear what you give them - sometimes.. but mostly they will wear other things in their inventory.

I miss how in NL you could send them what you wanted them to wear, then wait for an invite to their house to buy the hideous shirts on display that you wanted them to be rid of.

I suggest don’t give it to them, this one time I gave one of my villagers a royal crown because I wanted to see how it would look on them. Sly wore it for 2 days and then placed them in his room and never wore it. That’s why I normally don’t give my villagers clothing anymore so I just give them wrapped fruit now xD

Oh my gosh! I am so glad you mentioned these. I had not looked up the new pirate clothes and I love them so much!

Would be a hassle to get them for villagers when they might not wear them. Villagers have color/style preferences.
