pinwheels and tweeters

Hey, so I was wondering how I can get these two items. I've been playing for awhile, but haven't gotten them yet and I was wondering how I can.

Because I need them.

I need to do everything in this game.

Set up StreetPass. When people visit in the StreetPass plaza they give out balloons, tweeters, pinwheels, ice creams and more!

There have been a few threads on the boards here on where people StreetPass. Search the boards for help in finding ways to StreetPass.

I StreetPass whenever possible, I live in the U.S.; I get about one Animal Crossing player per week.

You have to streetpass the same person multiple times. I bought the bubble wand because I never streetpass anyone.

Balloon (3rd time)
Pinwheel (4th time)
Bunny Balloon (5th time)
Bubble Blower (6th time)
Heart Balloon (7th time)
Ice Cream (8th time)
Soft Serve Ice Cream (9th time)
Tweeter (10th time)

I got a tweeter and a ballon really easy, but I have 2 DS's so that helps.

Because you have to streetpass the same people multiple times, just streetpassing in general won't help. It's best if you take your 3ds somewhere you go a lot where you can reasonably expect the other people there to go a lot too (like work or school or if you ride public transit everyday, that kind of thing).
