Phoebe is in boxes! Her shirt is original, but I haven't spoken to her once so I'm not sure if her house/greeting/catchphrase are.

IGB: 1 million
I would rather take payment first for TBT. IGB I will accept after she's agreed to move in. I will save, let you drop, and then end session.
If those are too much and no one else makes an offer I'll PM you to negotiate something else.
Other Villagers: Feel free to ask to reserve any of these and I'll PM you once they're in boxes. Please don't ask to reserve if you have no room for them, unless you can make a spot quickly.
