Phil is moving out of Tokoro - he's been a great villager, and was one of my first villagers as my town was starting up. I really didn't want him to leave, but I finally decided to just let him go to get some new blood into my town. It's sad to see him leave, and ideally, I'd like to see him go to a nice home. He's not original in any way or form since he's been in my town since November, but hopefully that isn't an issue.
