In your opinion, what villager personality type has the least repetitive speech?
Now that I have two lazies in my town, talking to them has become a bit dull. They never seem to say anything new and they often say the exact same things as one another.

I *feel* like, and it's just a feeling because I haven't tested it, but I see the most diversity in dialogue with Smug and Snooty villagers. I think Normal gets super repetitive and boring...

Least repetitive: Smug and Snooty
Most repetitive: Normal and Jock

Agreed!...Snooty can become repetitive, but with different things "subbed in".. In other words, they say the same things, but with a different topic inserted....if that makes sense.

My least repetitive villagers are Marshal and Mira. (Smug and Uchi)

I must be one of few people that harbour a strong disliking towards the normal personality.

It's just so bland and boring...

No I agree. There are so many cute-looking Normal villagers, but once I get them in my town I'm bored by them :'( I still might get a bunch because they're so adorable haha

Agh I know how you feel about normals. I thought that I wanted Fauna as a dreamie, but after realizing how boring things got with two of them around I swapped her out for Diana. I still love her though and plan to keep her long term, just because she's so cute!
The problem with smugs is that the only one I really like is Julian. The designs of the others just aren't very appealing to me. :\

I think they all have the same amount of dialogue. I've never noticed many differences between my villagers, except for the ones related to friendship levels. For example, I still get dialogue from normals that is new to me (or at least, that I've forgotten) even though I have more than one in my town, and my one smug can be very repetitive. I think it's just about how many you have in your town and how often you talk to them. If you talk to one of them a lot, at some point, the dialogue will feel very repetitive. Then, you might unlock new dialogue from becoming better friends with them, and after that the dialogue will seem repetitive again.

I've noticed that Whitney (my snooty) tends to have the most to talk about. Erik (my lazy) says the same exact things over and over. Kid Cat (my jock) is the same and won't shut up about his non-existent muscles. Kyle and Marshal, my two smugs, say the same things quite often but I've noticed that Marshal says a bit more than Kyle. My two normals, Goldie and Flurry, also say lots of the same things, but I think Goldie says a LITTLE bit more. Fang (my cranky) has interesting stuff to talk about most of the time, like Whitney. Muffy (my uchi) also has interesting things to say. In short, it really depends on the villager how often they talk about something else, but I'd say the Snooties, Crankies, Uchis, and Smugs say the most, while the Lazies, Jocks, and Normals say mostly the same thing over and over. I don't know about peppies because mine moved away a while back and I didn't talk to her much.

Jock is the most repetitive in my opinion

others are alike I think....

Haha sorry to get off topic, but the bold line just made me laugh!!! Are there any jock villagers that even have muscles???

I'd say Uchi, but then again they're trying to off items on you every other statement.

I swear Uchi is the most repetitive. I had talked to an uchi villager throughout the period of one day, and they asked me how their outfit looked every time, except once...the next day as well. Then they all talked nonstop about Toy Day. It was frustrating.

Why are the animals so repetitive when they talk? I can tell that normal villagers are the worst villagers in general, or is it that they are more repetitive and less fun?

I think uchi and lazy are the least repetitive, but perhaps that's because I went without either for a long-ish time.

I definitely agree. It might just be that normal villagers have the least defined personalities, but I find them rather boring.
The sad thing is that normal villagers have such cute designs! I love the smug personality, but there aren't may smugs I like.

I'm surprised to find that everyone thinks the smugs are the least repetitive. Maybe it's because I have two smugs in my town, but I find them to be just as repetitive as the other neighbours.

I dunno; it might just be because I hate the smug I have right now so I don't really talk to him much. Whenever I talk to him the stuff he says sounds really novel to me.

the only personality that gets annoying to me is normal, all the other villagers are okay. too bad i have two normal villagers in my town, i only have goldie to replace the empty void that daisy left me with :(
