Perfect Town

I trying to get a perfect town status, but I keep failing.

Where is what did: I planted a couple of flowers, planted enough trees, I made sure the dump is empty, I pull out all the weeds, I make sure there no fruits on the ground.

But I keep getting the second highest status: The satisfactory level. I don't know what else to do.
The well is being so picky.

Also, there may be a hidden weed. Make sure to find it.

Change the town tune or town flag, post on the message board and talk/ write letters to your villagers.

According to a guide on IGN, you don't have to plant flowers at all. At least one.

To have the perfect town you need
-Less than 10 weeds or things on the flours
-more than 50 flowers
-Between 50 and 100 trees
-More than 5 projects that you built

Uhm, we're talking about the Gamecube version here.

Well I don't know what you want me to tell you. Try finding another guide that has been recently updated or sometimes it takes a couple days for your perfect town status to finalize.

Have you tried picking up every seashell?

I'm not sure if they actually are in the Gamecube version. I don't think they are. I forget despite having last played it Thursday.

Just keep reporting to your town tree. Work on every acre it tells you everyday. I think the tree limit is like 4 or 5 per acre, and ones that are in between acres, you'll have to hack those down, because they spill into multiple acres. Flowers are good, but you're going to have to buy a zillion of them from Nook. Good luck.
