It generally isn't all that hard if you're willing to put the work in. However, if you haven't a clue as to how to prepare a perfect town, then I suggest you tag along someone who does.

It can be rewarding in the end if you get it done. You get to see your creation of a beautiful and perfect place to virtually live in.

when i help people, usually it takes like 2-3 hours depending on how fast they are at laying down patterns... most of the time i'm finished with all of their acres by the time they're finished with patterns, and before i begin with acres, i outline with my shovel where their lines need to go.
