I am interested in making an orchard of perfect pears as they are my native fruit. I will buy each pear for 8,000 Bells.

GracieGrace items are also sought after. Gracie's prices are outrageous, and I'll buy each piece for 100,000-150,000 Bells. Things like chairs will be bought for 100,000, while large pieces like beds will be bought for 150,000.
