Buying Perfect Fruit & Cedar Saplings (LOTS)

Hey lovelies, I am looking to buy all types of perfect fruit so I can spoil my villagers. I can offer 50k for a basket of nine. I would like:

? Pears (1 full basket)
? Oranges (3 full baskets)

I also need a tonne of cedar saplings because I am changing my town 'theme', I'll pay 10k (?) for each start.
