It doesn't have to be a trade, I have 10 people so you'd have to have a spot for her. I will be looking for Tia to replace her with so my town has the same amount of cute in it. Id love to trade for Tia, but am ok with giving her to someone that'll take good care of her!

She's not 100%, I think she was altered before I even got her. But she seems like her house is probably close! I dont need any of those things I mostly just want Tia, but if you have space you may be able to take her
