This took me too long. Soo I plucked 955 vegetables (Peach's down B) and counted the times I got each to calculate the probability. I could do more some other time to make it even more accurate but this is what I have so far I don't know what this may be useful for, but I'll save you the effort

Smile -> 59.7%
Carrot/T Eyes -> 11.6%
Line Eyes -> 7.3%
Wink -> 5.8%
Circle Eyes -> 5.2%
Upward Curve Eyes -> 5.1%
Stitch Face -> 2.2%
Dot Eyes -> 1.9%

Peach can also pluck some items,
Saturn -> 0.8%
Bob-Omb -> 0.4%
Beam Sword -> 0% (never got one in 955 plucks)

Speaking of vegetables, I wonder why Peach's startup on pulling it is higher in this game. In Melee you could spam the zel out of them.
