I helped my sister reset her town after getting the appraisal from nook a couple months ago, and now she's playing again and I can't remember when you're able to get the money in your new town, we've just upgraded her tent to a house and there's still no money in the ATM to be withdrawn! anyone have an answer? The town development permit hasn't been unlocked yet if that is a factor, thank you!

Did she have a town tree past the third stage of growth when you guys sold the town? Here is a good detailed guide to what I am talking about.
yep, for sure. he appraised her town for 9mil bells which im pretty sure doesn't happen if your tree isn't past a certain point so it should've worked?

i thought it to be too, i sold my own town a while back and also thought it just appeared in your account but i guess not. Curious as to whether or not this is a glitch because she made a new town and then closed it without saving, but even then i was able to go on and resell her town due to her not saving in the new save.
wait, did you get the money when you resold it?
