I've enjoyed Paula a lot in my town, but I want other Uchi villagers to move in so I've let her move out. She's leaving the 13th but I'll time travel to that date tomorrow afternoon, around 3:00 to 4:00.

It's first come first serve, unless she's a major dreamie of yours. In that case, the first person with Paula as one of their dream villagers who wants her gets her instantly.

I prefer you post here so I can know who said what first.
