There was a real good patterm maker that I used a long time ago on my SNES. You could take any jpg and it would tell you what colors and stuff to use. It was real easy to then print out and copy in your game. I had my face right on my door in the game and it looked real good.

I can't remember the name of that program or were I could have it if I still do.
