Pathing Help

Hi, I've started to lay paths on the lower part of my town, and I'd really like some advice/help of someone as to what to do around it, how to improve it etc.

If you're free to come over, please let me know. I would prefer direct advice rather than through a dream (plus my dream town isn't updated, and I'm too lazy to update it).
