The way I'll be handling orders will work like this: If the shop is [OPEN] I will be accepting orders, If I need to [CLOSE] the shop for any reason, I will not be able to accept new orders during the time the shop is closed. I will try to finish any orders left over after closing if I am still online, but otherwise I will try to arrange another time to try and get your items to you.
I will be doing my best to ensure that your items will reach you and we all know that sometimes setbacks and accidents will happen, if this is the case please be patient with me and talk it over via PM and we'll try to resolve the issue together.
I would prefer to visit your town, but for any reason needed you can also come over to mine.
