I will not be giving villagers away unless they are tier 4, 5, or 6. I will price the villager before they ping as an auction buyout for when they do, so if you don't have quite that much you can save up, and I will put a starting bid on them when they ping to move, and let an auction go on for at least an hour (maybe more depending on time of day)
I will only reserve villagers if you offer 1.5x the buyout (So if they're 1mil, you'd offer 1,500,000) as reserving last time was a huge mess.

- Do not run in either of my towns
- Stay in my sight, I reserve the right to flip the switch if I feel suspicious of your activity
- Shops are free reign if you would like to look or buy
- There's a ton of stuff on the ground in Grimdork, don't pick anything up
- on your post, say something nice about Tom nook (if you can bring yourself to) To show you've read the rules (Posts without this will be ignored)(But I do forget sometimes, please call me out on it)
- Reserved villagers will be given 24 hours for the reservee to claim them before being put up for grabs
- non-reserved villagers tier 3 and above will be put up for auction for at least an hour before going to the highest bidder
- However; if the thread gets to the bottom of the top page before someone else bids on a villager, the current highest bid will be taken.
- Tiers 4-6 villagers will be given 2 hours max (that is if i really like them) for someone to claim them before being voided (May I remind you these villagers are free)
Just some things you may want to know!
- You can of course ask for a villager for a friend or family member. So long as I get paid (or get my void clear of low tiers) I'm fine with whatever! Just tell me so I know what friend code to add!
- If someone is moving or in camp and it looks like no one wants them, I will take them off the post, but still keep them for a few minutes in case someone wants them and just didn't get the chance to post. So if you ask for someone, then refresh to see they're gone, WORRY NOT! I might still have them
- Originality is NOT guaranteed, I do not interact with the villagers at all, but I don't control what they do or buy while they're here.
- Don't let my "Awaiting payment" Thing scare you, it's just to help me keep track, because i know some people like to pay right away and some want to wait in case something comes up! :3 If you decide to pay me beforehand, I will replace the "Awaiting payment" to "Payed in full"

If any tier 3 or above villagers camp in either of my towns, I will announce them and their reserve price, giving anyone the chance to claim them before they even move in!
If a tier 1 villager is in the campsite, I will announce them and their reserve price and keep it up for 1 hour before moving them in without any reservee.
