How did u get her in boxes? She has been really bugging me cuz she won't move out of my town.

Well, she just pinged me and asked to move...
I didn't do anything special. lol

I have tried ignoring, didn't work, befriending her-hopefully it will work.

It's so random... I had her in my main town, and she took ages to leave. I didn't treat her any different from other villagers.
Then again, in my cycling town, she moved in and then asked to move after only two weeks (of in-game-play).
But I have Shep sticking in there for months!
