Pascal?

It's been a long time and I haven't seen Pascal a single time in my sea floating. My sea encyclopedia is nearly finished just 2 creatures left! How much time Pascal takes to pop up?

uhm, Pascal only pops up when you catch a scallop ? I don't think it has anything to do with the sea encyclopedia lmao

Yes, he only appears when you catch a scallop, and you must be in your own town with nobody else visiting.

Also make sure your pockets aren't full, or he won't show up.

Also make sure you're not catching scallops too close to shore or to Kapp'ns boat as I've noticed Pascal won't pop up for me then
either. Other reason was mentioned above about having space in your pockets.

i made the mistake of full pockets because im a dummy for three months. i just love seeing him floating on his back just chillin like the cool guy he is!! <3
