pretty much everywhere on my island i would be willing to switch up at some point, except for a couple areas. those would be the rainbow lights + flowers at my entrance, my living room, my stargazing area, and my white flower/weed perch. which parts of your island are staying forever?

I change things now and then, but I don't think I will ever change my Turtle crossing beach, duck hunt pond, or Jaws beach. I'll probably keep my teddy bear forest too, and my campground is very big with a fishing , and Smores and hot chocolate area. I'll probably never change it.

You're just showing off the with color coordination between the lights and flowers! As far as my island, hard to say. I feel like I just finished the last remaining void I had, and am content with what I've got going on inside and outside. If/when Nintendo releases new stuff, I'll have to rethink my design, but for now, everything stays...finally...until it doesn't...again.
I really like the way my houses are situated and I don't intend to change those placements. Villager homes and other buildings and infrastructure I might decide to change. I'm debating putting Audie's house on a beach, for example. I think she'd enjoy a beach house.

haha yeah, i do like that the coordinated flowers are the first thing you see when you enter the island. most of my island is covered in "random" (actually very purposeful but made to look random) arrangements of hybrids, so i think it's neat to have some of my prized flowers arranged nicely up front

I worked hard on recreating that island, it's really important for my island because it suits its theme.
omg i tried to make this exact moon island but it turned out so crappy lol, i think maybe i just didn't have enough space for water to surround it. but whatever the reason, it just looked so bad haha. yours is beautiful! i love the single lantern on that tiny floating piece of land

I've never changed my first house location. its in the same place as day 1, right on the beach, and I want to keep it that way!

I think I won’t change the placement of where the stores of a lot of the houses are on my island. But I think decor is always subject to change.

honestly I don't think there's much on my island that I would change/move around atm. I've got one more big project that I'm planning on doing (literally came to me in a dream last night haha) but other than that I'm pretty happy with how things are set out. I have attachment issues so the thought of completely redoing a significant part of my island give me a lot of anxiety haha
At the moment I would change pretty much everything if I had the talent and vision to do so. I have recently done my airport entrance which I am pleased with. My house with garden and pool I moved from original position to upper cliff edge looks ok I think.
The rest of the island needs major work to look as nice as some islands I have seen. Next project is to make my villagers housing area better as it is over run with flowers

I feel like I’d be willing to change pretty much anything about my island except the general layout. I’m pretty satisfied with where my shops/museum/campsite/villager homes are located but I could see myself changing up the decorated areas of my island relatively frequently

I don't think I could say 100% that there is any part of my island I absolutely wouldn't change, but I do quite like my plaza area out front of Nooks and I also love my entrance! I recently moved my house and I'm so happy with that area now so I see it staying the way it is for a while

I'm happy with my island as it is now, but I have been getting the itch to start changing things up sometime in 2021 to try out a new layout and (hopefully) improved optimizations. There is just something oddly satisfying about tearing everything down and building up from scratch again to me!
