Also, the painting needs more emphasis on details and needs better lighting and dimension. I rate it a 6/10. I like it.
 
I also had a drawn version of this same caribou, but had already turned it into the art class teacher. When I get it back I'll post it in this thread, I think it is vastly better than the painting I did.
We had to do it as a grid drawing though, as that is the reason there is that grid on the realistic picture of the caribou.
