Packard Bell EasyNote TJ61 help

For Christmas, I got a new Packard Bell EasyNote TJ61, and the Blue screen of death has been coming up randomly when I play The Sims 3.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Nope, my system has the correct requirements to play The Sims 3.

All I can think is to call costumer service. Maybe the computer can't handle running the game?

My dell desktop completely crashed after playing sims 2 a couple years ago.
