Overwriting flowers..?

So I was putting down some pink roses and Robin looks as if she's about to put down another flower. I had a feeling it was going to be a red rose, and I was right. But she put it.. right on top of my pink one?? When I picked it up, it kept flashing between red and pink, but in my pockets it only shows up as red.

Has this ever happened to any of you guys?

No matter how much I may love her I am kind of miffed at her right now

It happened to me once a long time ago, so I don't remember which flower it was or who planted it. But, yeah, when you and a villager plant a flower in the same spot at the same time, the flower they planted will be the one that's there. I don't remember any flashing, though!

Yeah it's happened to me before too. It's annoying.

This has happened to me before, and it made me paranoid, haha. I had the fence PWP in my town already, so I just started breeding my most important hybrids in small batches inside the fence. The villagers seem less likely to walk inside the fenced in area, and I've never had anyone overwrite one of the flowers inside the fence.

That sounds weird, but kind of cool.

I wish villagers wouldn't plant flours. They mess up my designs and breeding....
