Out of the loop - what happened to the wifi reputation system?

Hello guys. Came back after a long while for New Horizons and did a trade, then I went to give them wifi/trade rep and found out it’s disabled. How long has this been disabled for? Is it coming back soon?

i'm going to guess this is a result of the pending forum update - features like tbt and trading collectibles have been temporarily disabled because the forum is set to update soon.
