Out of fishing tourneys, gardening, and scavenger hunts, what’s the easiest ACPCC event?

A while back, I made a thread asking what everyone’s daily ACPCC schedules are, and I noticed many find the 3 monthly events (fishing tourneys, gardening, collecting gyroids) very easy, especially after PCC was released. That got me thinking; while I agree for the most part, I’ve noticed some events require more effort than others, such as frequently logging or using the quarry (for gyroids).

I personally tend to find the gardening events the easiest, but I’m not sure if that’s because it’s become much easier in ACPCC or I just love using my garden I also feel the end of tourneys and scavenger hunts creeps up so fast but don’t know if that’s just me—so I’m wondering what you think!

Also because I wonder if never fully completing any event but the garden ones is a skill issue on my part or not …

I find the gyroid scavenger hunts the easiest, because you can go to the quarry twice per day and get about 100 gyroids each time! It feels way out of proportion to me, like there's barely even a point to picking them up in the normal way. Just pop into the quarry and get enough gyroids to demolish all the collecting goals and build every event item multiple times.

None of them are super difficult, in my opinion, but I actually think the gardening one is probably the least easy for me. With the fishing tourney I'm always done with the prizes well before the event ends (and then I'm annoyed because I keep having to catch the special fish and pile on more event items in order to use the ocean), whereas with the gardening event, I feel like I only finish the tasks a day or two before the event concludes. I also like that the garden is its own separate space, so if you finish early, you can just stop engaging with the event.

i see what i’m doing wrong, i only use the quarry at the end i think i underestimate the scavenger hunt, since i rely on my helper and other animals to pick them up for me and don’t log in enough

I always found the scavenger hunt the hardest . I never knew you could get them from the quarry. I should probably visit there more often. I always just pick them up myself.

I love the fishing . I never buy the golden rod since I find it more exciting when I get two as a surprise.

this reminded me why I loved fishing tournaments in my snowman outfit . I must thank @Millysaurusrexjr again for mentioning how it looks like you have no hands in the costume; it took me surprisingly a good amount of time for me to notice then when I first bought these .

I like all the events now with the way Pocket Camp complete is, but I have the most fun with the fishing and gyroids. I too for awhile wasn’t using the shovelstrike quarry since back before this became pocket camp complete, I never had enough friends to do it, and as dumb as this sounds, I didn’t want to bother them by continuously asking for their help.

before complete, gardening was def the easiest for me as my friendlist friends would help me complete the events well before the end of the event, followed by fishing since you only need to log in once every 3 hours and then gyroidites were the most difficult as someone who was working full time and didn't have the opportunity to play on my phone every hour. after complete, gyroid is by far the easiest to me. quarry gives you around 70+ and you can go twice a day so that's around 140+ a day. i just log in once a day to go to the quarry twice and i can finish well before the event ends. fishing is next, it's also pretty easy to finish before the event ends. gardening however has become my most difficult event, maybe because i play WAYYYY less now, only once or twice a day, and you don't have friends to share their bugs with you. for the last 2 gardening events i missed the final reward of leaf tokens. i'm not too upset since they're fairly easy to obtain but yeah gardening sticks out to me as the most difficult now.

All the events are really easy but scavenger hunt is definitely the easiest for me. Two visits to the quarry and I'm done. I don't even bother collecting gyroids from the ground.

I voted for the gyroids and I see that is what most responders chose. It is so easy to go to Shovel Strike Quarry and get 80-90+ gyroids. And the fact you can make those visits back to back makes it a whole lot easier. I almost always get 91 the first visit and usually less the second but still somewhere around 75-80. I’ve always loved visiting all of the areas to round up gyroids. In complete that enjoyment is somewhat lessened by how easy it is to get them from the quarry. But I have this thing lol, where I try and get every award and depending on the type of reward I might get multiple of them. After I’ve gotten all of the awards I try and collect the 999 and then just leave them in my inventory. I currently have 20 different gyroids all at 999. I keep thinking maybe there will come a time I need to sell them, lol. But I’m just a hoarder at heart!
