Selling Fang from my spare town, I thought he was unoriginal, but I finally got to have a look at his house and he actually is original.

50TBT is ideal, but I'd be willing to haggle.

He officially moves one day from now, but I'll time travel for you. ^^

My sister wants him, but she doesn't have a Bell Tree account, is there any way she could pay in IGB?

Also the price will need to be haggled down a bit.

50TBT isn't bad for a tier one villager. I've seen them a lot higher. But, yes, I am willing to haggle.

As she doesn't have a Bell Tree Account, the wi-fi/trade trading would be left with you. So I'd consider you responsible for her behavior. If that's not acceptable, she'd have to make her own account in order to trade with me. ^^

As far as I can tell, the exchange rate I've found is this: 1 million=5 TBT.

So, that'd be 10 million IGB. However, since you wanted to haggle... 8 million IGB?

Ha, yeah she'll probably need a Bell Tree account, she barley has any IGB.

So you might need to hold him back a day, so she can get that going.

I mean unless you want 162k IGB.
