I'm pretty sure she is. I didn't interact with her after I decided I wanted her to move out which was the day she moved in. She plotted too close to an area I want a bridge.

I'll let you know. My Cheri is 100 percent original but as you can see by my avatar I like her. Plus her house is very futuristic and she plays since. It's creepy when you first step into that house.
