i can pay with bells or maybe trade for items on your wishlist? i also have a few villager pictures i can possible use to trade for the balloons as well.

LOL it's okay!! i wish i had some unpopular villagers, since those pictures tend to be harder to find... but, if you still want to trade you can pick how many you want/which ones you want? i don't really mind since i don't really like collecting pictures... since i wouldn't know where to store them all. so yeah!
