Her house is mostly the same, I have never bought anything from her, but can not promise that she never sold anything at my re-tail (although I don't think so). Her catchphrase and shirt is different though, so unfortunately she isn't original.

Buyout: 25 million or Whitney. If you will trade me Whitney you trump all bell offerings, but you have to come pick up Diana first, as I have 10 villagers. So you must have good Wi-Fi rating so I can trust you.
