I would prefer a trade, but buyout is 10million if anyone wants him for that. (because that is the buyout for tier 2, what he used to be.)

It is not a ripoff. He is tier 2. Tier 2s sell for 10mill or less. It's a reasonable price.

Damn, when was the last you guys logged on TBT. Julian is highly sought after (he's tier 1 now) and although BTB are more popular than IGB, he can prolly go for more than what they're asking +straight up trade for any of those villagers is fair, very fair
