Hey guys!

Animal Crossing: New Leaf is a great game and I love it so much. I've been playing it for seven months now and it's starting to rub off on me. I've been thinking about getting a new game to spice things up because every one of my friends on Animal Crossing: New Leaf are barely on anymore and have moved onto other games. It kind of sucks but that just means I have to find another game to keep myself busy for a while. I was thinking about getting Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire sometime soon due to me getting into Rumble World but I don't know. This is where I need help, is Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire worth getting into? If not that how are the Mario & Luigi games? Which one should I play first.

At the moment I am kind of addicted to Harvest moon: New Beginning. It's nice. :) Just raising a farm and building up a dead village.

Umm... Ruby/Sapphire are okay. If you're new to pokemon I would say go for it. They're kind of easy in my oopinion compared to older games. I'm still peeved they took away gambling D> But... if you like a type of stragey game, get them.

However... I have playyed Lugis manison and it is... kind of nice. I havn't gotten far so I can't say much, sorry. It didn't hold my attention that well obviously.

Some other games you might look into... Fantasy Life (My friend says its awesome) and maybe some of the newer anime games... Like Tales of Abyss, Code of Princess, ect.. Or look into the kirby game out/fire emblem :)

I'd recommend Kid Icarus: Uprising. It's a fun game that's 1/2 space shooter, 1/2 run & Gun (that's the best I can come up with for the ground stages) It has funny dialogue, great voice acting, and made by Sakurai.

If you want to get into the Mario&Luigi Games, I would start with either the first one (Superstar Saga, which is on the VC right now) or Bowser's Inside Story.

I love ORAS! A lot of AC fans like the Pokemon series. Is it gonna be your first pokemon game?
Also, I don't know much about the mario & luigi series, but i'm playing Partners In Time right now, it's very good!

I stopped playing Pok?mon around... actually when Ruby/Sapphire were out on the GameBoy. I've played Superstar Saga on the GameBoy too I was kind of wondering if Dream Team and Partners in Time were similar to Superstar Saga because I remember I really enjoyed it.

They are very similar (although in PiT, your specials are consumable items, not BP related), although I believe the best of the 4 is Bowser's Inside Story.

I would definitely pick X or Y over ORAS.
Unless your good at quick time events don't bother with Mario and luigi.
I would suggest getting Xenoblade, Fantasy Life, or Fire Emblem.

Don't get omega ruby or Alapha sapphire unless you liked the original. Other than that, personally I got bored and rushed right through. Mario and Luigi dream team was great and even Luigi mansion.

I loved Oras :D I recommend it for newer players, also X and Y is pretty good too ^_^ The Legend of Zelda games are really good as well!

How is the difference in the gameplay in the Legend of Zelda remakes compared to the original ones? Are there new items like they added in Wind Waker HD?

There's quite a lot of differences in terms of gameplay, so I'll only mention the few that stand out the most.

- The infamous quest for Triforce Shards is nerfed a bit. It's less aggravating than the in the original, but it's still tedious.
- You can swap items with the GamePad's touch screen without having to pause your game!
- Motion controls can be used for aiming, and it's more accurate than trying to use the right stick
- You can get a better version of your sail by winning in a certain auction, which is much faster than the older one and doesn't need to rely on the wind for that

Oh no, I've beat Wind Waker HD; I was asking what differences were in the Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask's remake.

What would make you choose X/Y over Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire?

Nothing. ORAS is better in every way. More mega evolutions and items alone make XY almost obsolete since the new items don't work with it.
Also better post game and music.

As for Dream Team, I loved it and was my favorite in the series. Get ORAS if you have people to play with, Dream Team for a great single player game.

Haven't played the MM remake, but I have played the OoT remake, so:
-Master Quest added (not new but who actually had it on the GameCube?)
-Rebattling bosses added.
-Sheikiah stones added to help give you mini video clips that show you what to do when you get stuck.
-Boots are now an item so you cab just press a button to put then on instead of having to go through the menu constantly. (It made the Water Temple my favorite temple actually.)
-4 item slots, 1 for X, 1 for Y, and 2 for the touch screen.
-Motion controls for aiming.
There's probably more.

IMHO gen 3 had the second worst lineup of pokemon after generation 4.
Also, too much water. And the main character has a stupid hat. XY had its problems, but it had a ton of fun features, a great selection of pokemon, and trainer customization.

??? Majoras mask is a sequel. They're pretty different games.

I second X and Y. But you can complete them fairly quickly. I'm not good at video games and it lasted less than a month. And I take a while to finish games'

The changes in the Majora's Mask remake are all summarized here:
