Online Vs. Reality Personality

I guess I censor myself a bit more online but I'm definitely a lot more sociable online than irl.

I'm much more crude online. In real life, I'm kinda shy, I did manage to brush off my shyness at the beginning of this new school year, but now I don't have the guts to talk to new people... I don't feel confident enough >_<

It really depends.

My general reality and online 'personalities' are generally exactly the same. I won't say something online that I wouldn't say in person. I think I'm a bit more 'serious' in a way online, since most of my conversations with friends are usually complete nonsense about nothing at all.
I'm a lot more shy in reality though I struggle to talk with people I'm not 'friends with', which obviously makes becoming friends with somebody in the first place a bit of a hassle.


Still, online it's still split. I'm still somewhat different even between something like a Facebook profile (where it's actually my profile) and something like this where I have a somewhat anonymous name and profile.
I still say the same things and act the same, but if there's somebody I'm not familiar with on Facebook I just simply won't talk to them in case they're like "Who are you? **** off" because they can actually see who I really am, where as with an 'anonymous' thing like this I'm more than happy to say "hello" to a stranger.

I wish I was as confident with people in reality as I am online -.-

I tend to be overly polite online. Though I do that in person too whenever I'm really uncomfortable (usually when I'm surrounded by strangers). But I definitely talk more online because I don't have to worry about people butting me off or interjections in conversation, but my writing style in general is pretty wordy.

In reality, I'm really awkward and not social. However, online, I'm extremely social and accepting.

Uhm, well, I physically can't bring myself to talk to most people in real life, and I'm really awkward and quiet.

Online, I suppose I'm nicer and more outgoing, which seems to be the case with a lot of people here

For me when I'm online, I'm a bit more outgoing. Though my impatience can sometimes show a bit more.

And in real life, I tend to be so polite that I come off as shy. Though that's with other people, around my family I show a lot more emotion.
