Is anybody else here doing the one year challenge? How are you getting on?

After days of resetting I decided to just choose the next map that was the first option without looking at the rest, and do the one year challenge. It's been really fun so far, and I am enjoying my game far more for it. I've also been lucky with villagers!

Has there been anything you've been lucky/unlucky for? Is there anybody thinking of doing it?

I'm not doing it. I don't have reset fever, so I really don't see the reason why I should.

what exactly does this challenge entail

I'm doing the one year challenge as my New Year's resolution (started the town on Jan 1st).

I never had reset fever, but I just love the idea of making such a long term commitment to something that I enjoy, because I usually lose interesting hobbies quickly.

Pick a town, keep it for a year, finish "everything" w/o TTing.

rofl i don't tt for anything and i've been playing since launch so i guess i'm doing this unintentionally

Yeah, I'm already doing it, I guess, since I don't tt. I can see how resetting would become addictive so good for people who are going to give it a shot.
