right now i'm in olvine city and i was wondering where i can find oran berries, i need them for the miltank at the moomoo farm and also, what type(s) of pokemon are good against steel pokemon...?

Ground, Fire, Water (for the Sleelix I think it is effective)

You have to find them from wild Pokemon or from the ability "Pick-Up". Steel types are weak against Fighting, Fire, and Ground. You have to go to Cianwood City before facing Jasmine (unless you cured the Ampharos).

Trade Blue Shards to the guy outside the Violet City Pokemon Center, get people to trade them to you and then mass plant in the berry pots.
